Will (Mumu) Moore

Mumu Moore is a Wellington based producer, director and editor. He began his film career in music video production, working on over 25 music videos in a period of five months in Auckland. In 2004 he established Cleancut Productions Ltd, a production house that focuses on documentaries as well as music videos and corporate resources. In 2007, Mumu was the Visual Effects Producer for The Last Great Snail Chase. With a team of 12 VFX staff that worked tirelessly for six months, he created whales that shuffled down a suburban street and giant flying turtles. He directed the feature-length documentary Clash of the Titans, about the hip-hop battle scene in Wellington, which was selected for the 2008 New Zealand International Film Festival. Mumu also co-produced the Trinity Roots documentary, Music is Choice which was selected for the 2010 New Zealand International Film Festival. Wills has continued to work on many TVC’s, corporate videos, online contents, and documentaries through until 2016. Mumu latest works include the advert “Love from Landrover” which he directed and co-DOP. As well going bazck to his original stomping ground of music video directing with three new music videos for Electric Wire Hustle. Mumu has also continued making Maori video content, with many self funded documentary pieces.
