Kia ora! I'm Joel Rudolph, an emerging professional in the realms of film financing, production, and theatre management. With a robust background in coordinating large-scale projects and managing funding rounds, I've developed a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. My experience includes extensive work in film and production financing, as well as budgeting and scheduling. I have worked at Te Tumu Whakaata Taonga New Zealand Film Commission where, among many achievements, I successfully organized the 'See-Saw Films Masterclass' and coordinated the Screen Production Recovery Fund, demonstrating my ability to manage complex tasks and foster creativity. My expertise also covers stakeholder engagement, financial reconciliations, and providing support during transitional periods. Fluent in English, with proficiency in German, Te Reo Māori, and French, I offer a diverse linguistic skill set to my projects. Additionally, I have a deep personal interest in music as a classically trained pianist. As a member of Ngā Aho Whakaari, I am excited to contribute my skills and experience to support the Māori screen industry and uphold the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
